Their new bodies were strange to them because although they have been together for years added together that they became decades and for decades added together that they became centuries, it was never in the way their new bodies afforded them to be.
This Kunihiro (if he even deserved that name to begin with, but that was a story for another time) had always belonged to this Kanesada but never in this way.
He had always thought that was fine and perfect even though considering their master and his habits, he had long known what humans do when they said they were in love, whether the love was true or the love was a lie told to have a warm body for the night. He could do without that.
He could do without the warmth and the body and the skin to skin of human love because he wasn't human and his love transcended all that anyway, or so he believed.
But their new bodies gave his love a form he wasn't used to. Their new bodies gave his love expressions he never thought he could have: kisses and hugs and fucks and kisses and hugs and fucks.
And after days and days that turned to weeks, and weeks and weeks that built to months he wondered how did he do without them to begin with.
And he was afraid, so very very afraid, because he knew and they knew, considering who their master was after all. How he would do without them, one day, when their bodies expired as bodies do?
